TeleTherapy

If the drive to our office is too far, your schedule is tight, or you are nervous to speak with someone face to face, we want to make therapy accessible, so we provide video therapy in addition to traditional in-office therapy. We offer sessions over a secure video platform so that we can speak with you wherever you are. Each of our clinicians provides therapy at a rate based on their experience, training and licensure level. Speaking with your therapist virtually is simple. A video link is sent to your email or through text, 10 minutes before the start of your session. Whatever device you can access that link, you can chat with us, whether thats a tablet, cell phone, computer, or laptop. Whether you are struggling with anxiety, relationship issues, an out of control toddler/teen, or need a space to process loss, help is here.
